Silver Bullet issue 2 COVER....

Here's the cover for issue 2 of The Silver Bullet. Pencils by me and then straight to colors by the amazing Jeremy Colwell. Jeremy did an amazing job with this and I love it!

Over at the Ten Ton Studios forum, a bunch of ridiculously talented artists engage in a sketch challenge where the winner of the previous challenge picks a character, everyone who wants in posts their version of the character to the thread, and then people vote to pick a winner.

The current Ten Ton Sketch Challenge is THE SILVER BULLET! Go check it out and see all these awesome artists drop their redition of our silver sentinel of self-aggrandizement! It's gonna be super silver! I promise!

Also, if anyone is interested, I'm going to be engaging in National Novel Writing Month (NaNaWriMo) this year. I've sat out the last two years but I am raring to go this year. I'll be posting my warm-up sprints (5 minute free-writing exercises) from now until Nov. 1 on my website. Starting on Nov.1, I'll be posting a chapter of the novel a day (hopefully) for the entire month, so check it out and let me know what you think.

The Silver Bullet crew got the chance to meet William Grapes, an up and coming indie creator, at Mid-Ohio Comic Con and he was cool enough to do some Silver Bullet fan art. So here it is.

So, over on the Ronin Studios Forums there's a thread about casting the movie version of some of Ronin's books. I went ahead and suggested casting for The Silver Bullet (along with Once Upon A Time and The Redeemers, my other books). If you've read The Silver Bullet (or any of my other books) why not stop by the thread and chime in.

Can I just say that I love working with Brett? We hadn't talked about the back-up at all, I just receive this awesome piece of art and a description of Half-Cat-Half-Man. I am SO looking forward to putting words down for this one!
